The safe return of Michael Kilcline! Prayers of many were answered and Michael was welcomed warmly yesterday as he joined his family in church. We look forward to having the Kilcline family with us for another month.
Praise to our children, some with learning disabilities, who work hard on their studies, improve their grades, and continue to amaze their families and their church family with their accomplishments.
Praise for the birth of Emma Haslem! Emma who weighed 7 lb. 6 oz. and mom and dad, Shauna and Kalo, are recuperating at Cape Fear Hospital.
Prayers Are Needed For:
Stacy Kagawa as she continues her brave battle with cancer and the ongoing treatments and their ramifications. Please pray for Stacy's healing and for her faith to sustain her.
The Salek family as they "put on the full armor of God" to defend themselves against the devil's schemes! Pray they know that we, as their church family, stand firmly with them.
Pray for Jonathan Morales as he trains in Texas. Pray for his physical safety, his spiritual strength, and for his safe return to his loving family.
Pray for our single parents who work and serve faithfully God, their children, and their church. Pray we remember to acknowledge their service and seek to find ways to lighten their loads.
Pray for those who are studying the Bible; pray they hear and heed God's words. Pray also for those who are leading and attending the studies as they strive to fill the command: "Go and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." Matt28:19
